Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.Spread a thin layer of corn meal on a baking sheet.Place the rolled-out pizza dough on the corn meal-covered baking sheet.In a small bowl, combine the whole milk ricotta, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.Spread the ricotta-mozzarella mixture on one half of the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the edge.Fold the other half of the pizza dough over the filled side, forming a half-moon shape, and press the edges to seal.Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
