🍲 CHEESY VEGETABLE FRITTATA 🍲
📕 Ingredients Needed:
Eggs (6)
Mushrooms (1 cup, sliced)
Cherry tomatoes (1/2 cup, halved)
Broccoli (1 cup, chopped)
Green beans (1/2 cup, chopped)
Whole cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
Butter (1 tablespoon)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Milk (1/4 cup)
👩🍳 Cooking Steps:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the grated cheese.
In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute the mushrooms, green beans, and broccoli until slightly softened.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet.
Let it cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes or until the edges start to set.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
Remove from oven, let it cool slightly.
