🗄 Ingredients Needed:
- Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) - 3 (one of each color)
- Radishes - 1 bunch, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish, chopped

- Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
- Clean and thinly slice the radishes.
