🍛 Chicken and Tomato Rice Bowl 🍛
📝 Ingredients Needed:
1 cup Sepia batter (butter yeast flour)2 cups rice2 chicken breasts1 large tomato1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, mincedSalt and pepper, to taste2 tbsp olive oil

1. In a large saucepan, cook the rice according to the package instructions.2. While the rice is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes per side.5. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.6. In the same skillet, add the diced tomato and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened, stirring occasionally.7. To serve, divide the cooked rice among bowls, top with the cooked tomato and sliced chicken, and drizzle with some Sepia batter before serving.
