1 chicken breast1/4 cup papaya jam1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.Cook the chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and golden brown.Spread papaya jam on top of the cooked chicken breast and let it cook for another minute until the jam has melted and formed a glaze.Remove the chicken breast from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
